As usual, it’s very late and I don’t have something quippy, sorry about that, maybe tomorrow I’ll actually finish earlier, not likely, but I can dream.
With Prop 139, voters in AZ shot down the state’s 15 week abortion ban. Republicans tried to sue, and today a judge ruled that the ban is blocked FOREVER

The 21 Dem AG have secured a nationwide preliminary injunction against defunding medical and public health research! CT AG William Tong said:
We just secured a nationwide block on Donald Trump’s illegal attack on science and public health. His far-reaching executive order sought to defund cutting-edge cancer research, advancements in treatments for heart disease, autism, Alzheimer’s, and preventable newborn deaths. His needless order would have put thousands and thousands of people out of work, and made us all sicker in the meantime. This is a major early victory, and I’m going to keep fighting this case for as long as it takes to protect Connecticut families
Today we won the second Supreme Court case against the Admin, but it’s important to note that this isn’t the first case that Justice Amy Coney Barrett has sided with us on, even this week. She voted with the liberal justices in support of the EPA on San Francisco City and County v EPA. We lost, but it’s still a win that we lost by 4-5 and not 3-6. She’s not in DT’s pocket.
So that’s what I got. Comment with your favorite wins!

Thank you Amy Coney Barrett!
