Indivisible decision making is decentralized, but how do local 'chapters' communicate that something needs to happen. Who do they communicate to? How (what platform) do they use to communicate?

They have contact with the national team, there are montly meetings and probably a slack channel (I’m not a leader so I wouldn’t know that, but i know about the monthly meetings for sure)

Thank you as always for your summary. I want to double down on this. "If you see someone trying to cause problems and be a bad actor, the whole crowd should just sit down and be quiet and make it very clear that the bad actor is not part of the group. ". We need to spread the word on this. Restack, mention, like. It is critical to have a strategy for when they bring in the provocatours. They will. I've studied non violence since college (I'm a boomer) and this level of discipline is critical.
