I just want to add that one of the other lawyers interviewed in the segment is John Keker, who along with the other named partners in his SF law firm wrote a NYT Op Ed that ultimately attracted 504 law firms to sign an amicus brief in the Perkins Coie case that, as the segment reports in its very final moments, resulted in a huge federal court victory for Perkins Coie on Friday, May 2.
