I just want to let you know, I had to choose these 3 from over 7 wins that I saw through out the day. So, if you’re not seeing wins anywhere other than my posts, you’re just not looking hard enough.
Guster performed at the Kennedy Center and they gave the stage to Finn, a trans musical that was pulled from the calendar for being too inclusive, cause, of course it was. This is what it means to not obey in advance.
Utah just banned queer flags from government and school buildings so in honor of Trans Day Of Visibility. Thousands of people gathered at the capital and unfurled the largest trans flag in the world. Also, shout out to ABC News 4 for the fantastic reporting. This was the second segment I found. The first literally only spoke to allies.
Republican Senator from Oklahoma, James Lankford told Dana Bash on CNN today that it is appropriate for the IG to investigate SignalGate. He also suggested he blames Mike Waltz. The interview is far from perfect, but we need cracks, and he’s not the first Republican Senator creating them on this issue.
And those are just some of today’s wins. Remember there are so many more wins than I could ever cover, so be on the look out, if you’re looking, you will find them.
Our voices are our superpower, but only when we use them!
Great story on Utah!! Would’ve loved for the news to show the flag too—it is truly massive: as wide as a street and a couple houses long. Thanks for sharing these as always.
Ariella thank you really great great stuff!
