Some days I focus on smaller wins, but today, I decided to highlight some of our bigger wins. But, if you know smaller wins, please jump in the comments and share them! The more wins the merrier!
Two George W Bush appointees, Judge John Bates and Judge Richard Leon ruled in favor of two law firms that sued DT for the executive order he signed against them, just cause he doesn't like some of the lawyers who have worked there in the past. Just a nice reminder that even Republican judges know what’s happening is very very illegal. This ruling was a temporary restraining order. Hopefully, this will get more firms to file and less firms to give in.
Wisconsin AG, Josh Kaul announced earlier today that he would take legal action against EM’s now infamous tweet announcing he will be bribing voters. And almost as soon as he announced it, he filed the lawsuit. This is why the AG races are some of the most important in any election.
Obama appointee, Judge Amy Berman Jackson, has blocked the CFPB from being dismantled. The CFPB is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and they protect us from….well, waste fraud and abuse against us and our money. They were created in 2011 after the 2008 recession to prevent anything like that from happening again.
And, if you recall, the House Dems Rapid Response Task Force and Litigation Working Group wrote an amicus brief for this case, so it’s there win too.

Our voices are our superpower, but only when we use them!
Love seeing that judicial Republicans can see how important their jobs are in fighting all this craziness!
All the wins are my favorites!!!!!
