Three Wins Today July 7, 2025
I don’t know who needs this reminder, but shitting on Dems or making people doubt Dem intentions, and never praising Dems when they do the right thing is helping Republicans every single time. I don’t go into doomerism because of Republicans, I truly believe we could beat them easily if we were united. I get into that state because of the circular firing squad. Cause we lose every single time people do it.
Alright, now onto some ways we are winning!
Tues July 1 - Last week the Montana Supreme Court unanimously refused to hear a case that would have stopped abortion access until viability from going into effect. And the judges were pretty snarky about it too.
Any urgency of emergency that exists is entirely of the Defense Fund’s own making, because it waited seven months to file this petition. We have repeatedly warned parties they cannot manufacture an emergency due to lack of diligence.
This literally goes on for seven pages. The pro-forced-birth crowd is going to keep trying, but today, abortion up until viability is legal in Montana!

Today - The DCCC has put out a 4 figure digital ad buy in all 35 of their “Districts in Play.”
These ads are very simple, but likely also will be incredibly effective. And, this round will be exclusively on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Threads.) This is their first ad buy of the 2026 Midterms cycle.
Unrig Our Economy and Fair Share America are on the last leg of a 29 city bus tour titled “Stop the Billionare Give Away. I wish I had known about this sooner. Their focus was on the Big Ugly Law I’m unclear what they’re focus is now, but these are two great organizations so I have no doubt it’s great.

US District Judge Indira Talwani has issued a temporary restraining order blocking the defunding of Planned Parenthood that was included in tRump’s “Big Ugly Bill. ” (this would have prevented Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood)
