It’s been an eventful day, but, I hope you found a way to not fall for the doomerism. If you are still spiraling, hopefully this will help. This is mostly lawsuits, but there’s one other thing too.
The conservative Wall Street Journal’s editorial board comes out against RFK Jr saying he is “dangerous to public health.” Will this matter, who knows, but coming from them this is a pretty bold move.
Human Rights Campaign and Lambda Legal have filed a joint lawsuit against Tr*mp’s ban on trans service members.
Citizens for Ethics and Democracy Forward filed a lawsuit in Maryland federal court against Tr*mp and his administration for the executive order that would replace public servants with loyalists on behalf of Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility.
And of course, I couldn’t leave out the story that sent so much of this country into panic today.

Minutes before it was supposed to take effect, Biden appointed judge Loren AliKhan temporarily blocked the Federal Aid Freeze order, saying it would “deprive people and communities of their life-saving services”
Were there more wins today, absolutely! But this series is called “Three Wins Today” so I’m gonna leave it there.
Remember, the doomerism is by design, one of the easiest ways to fight back is by finding and sharing the wins (as long as you have a source and know they are facts)
