Today felt like one of the worst days, and most helpless days, and yes, even though I spend time making sure you are getting good news, I feel it too.
But even on one of the worst days, maybe the worst day, so far, there were still wins, SO many of them. I couldn’t even keep track of all the wins.
Here are three of them:
Biden appointed judge, Tanya M. Jones Bosier of Superior Court of DC ruled that the Pr*ud Boys no longer have the legal right to sell anything with their name or logo. This is because they vandalized the Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church in 2020 and now the Black church has control of their name and logo.
SEIU and AFGE, both part of AFL-CIO filed a new lawsuit against the Secretary of Treasury for giving away our personal and financial information to Sawdust (Elon is not Jewish and the name means Oak Tree in Hebrew, so this is my demoralizing choice, feel free to join me) This was just one of half a dozen, or so, filed today.
CA Assembly approves $50m to fight DT’s attacks. $25m for the legal groups fighting specifically for immigrants and another $25m for the DOJ to fight all other legal battles. All blue states need to do this.
Take a deep breath. Today sucked, but even on the worst days there are still wins.
