Three Wins Today (Feb 3, 2025)
And Feb 2 cause I watched the Grammys all day.
Two for the price of one today!
Yesterday I watched the Grammys from 12:30pm till 9:30pm. The Premiere Ceremony is where most of the awards are handed out at it is so much more real than the telecast. If you have the time I highly recommend checking it out.
Anyways, the wins.
Everyone always says that the wins aren’t big enough, well buckle up, cause today the wins are huge.

Burbank, CA city council voted unanimously to become an immigrant sanctuary city
WSJ editorial board called DT’s trade war “The dumbest trade war in history” in new editorial
NBCLA went live on YouTube with the immigration protest that blocked the 101
Now for the big stories from today!
Feb 3
Tarrifs on Mexican goods have been delayed for a month after President Sheinbaum agreed to things DT doesn’t know are already happening, like asking for 10k Mexican soldiers at the border when there are 15k already there.
Biden appointed Judge Loren AliKhan extended the temporary restraining order on the funding “freeze” after the DOJ falsely insisted that she didn’t have the standing
According to NBC, sources familiar with the situation say that ICE doesn’t have enough room in detention facilities, so many of the immigrants they arrest are getting instantly released. It’s just another example of DT ordering something he doesn’t understand at all.
And those are the stories. DT is overreaching and it’s starting to catch up with him. You might say it’s happening slowly, but he’s only been President for two weeks. Nothing catches up with anyone in government in just two weeks.
