Today’s wins are all at state level, actually. It’s so important to remember that this all started at state level in the first place, so, that’s where it’s going to end.
In a vote of 26-24 with 8 Republicans joining all Democrats, the Montana State Senate killed the bill to put a poster of the Ten Commandments in every classroom.
Sen Bill Cassidy (LA) released a statement against Louisiana rolling back it’s promotion of vaccines. It sucks because he voted for RFK Jr, but any crack, no matter how ridiculous, is a crack we need to nurture so it can hopefully become a chasm. I hope his constituents are calling him and begging him to vote and act based on this opinion from now on.
There were two elections for DE State Senate yesterday. We not only won them both but also the Dem in both outperformed the Kamala November numbers. In SD 1, Dan Cruce outperformed Harris by 14.8 points, while in SD 5, Ray Siegfried overperformed by 3.2 points. For everyone saying we’ll never have elections again, we’re literally having them now and outperforming November in pretty much every single one.
Check back tomorrow for Three more wins.
