Three Wins Today Feb 15, 2025
These are our wins. What we did to fight back today, because, I think, today especially, people really need a reminder.
VA-01 held a Town hall for their rep. Rob Whitman. He didn’t show up, and they didn’t expect him to. Instead, they held the town hall with his cardboard cut out. About 100 people showed up during this scheduled office hours even though he didn’t. If your rep wont’ hold a town hall, do this.
Today was “Tesla Takedown” at dealerships all across the country. Tesla owners rallied outside of dealerships. It was a huge success. And it got some real media coverage on TechCrunch as well as Mercury News in the Bay Area
There was a huge Pro trans rally outside of Laurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago. It was led by an 8th grader. It made enough noise that Chicago Sun covered the rally
It just takes one. One person to come up with an idea and start something. You can be that one, and if you can’t, that’s okay, you can join others who were, so that it’s not just one, it’s thousands.
