Today has been a day so I just wanted to give you a chance to take a beat.
Here are today’s wins.
Biden Appointee, Judge Brendon Hurson issued a temporary restraining order against the trans healthcare ban for 2 weeks. He also said he must have a progress report in 1 week.
The American Bar Association wrote a letter unequivocally supporting the rule of law and filed a lawsuit against the USAID funding freeze. They never do this. They never get involved in politics in any way shape or form. This is a very big deal for them.
Bethany OK, which went for DT by around +20 just elected a Democratic Latina mayor, Amanda Sandoval by +3. From what I understand, she may be the first Latina mayor in OK history. Which is a really sad statistic, frankly. Keep in mind, only 1600 people voted in this election. This is why I say special elections can’t be gerrymandered or use other voter supression tactics.
