LAUSD school denies entry to DHS.
ACLU comes to an agreement with the Department of Education to halt the enforcement of the white supremacist Executive until at least April 24.
The agreement, reached after plaintiffs filed an emergency motion to block the Certification Requirement, ensures that no school district, state agency, or higher education institution will face investigation or penalties for failure to return the challenged certification that diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts do not exist within their curriculums.
Obama appointee, Judge Wendy Beetlestone doesn’t believe the Central Park Five have experienced “intentional infliction of emotional distress” thanks to DT’s comments yet again accusing them of murder. However, DT’s attempt to throw out the defamation lawsuit failed anyway because he objectively lied and said they were guilty, again.
Yusef Salaam is literally an elected NY official. The fact that DT is still singing the same tune about these five men is beyond disgusting.
