Today has been another day that all of the anti-Democrat leftists have come out to play. I’m sure you’re as exhausted by it as I am, so this is your respite.
Here’s what Dems are actually doing.
Repping the Rep: Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07) along with Rep Brittany Pettersen (CO-07)
Led a letter to Scott Bessent, the Secretary of Treasury, signed by 19 Dem Women’s Caucus members, expressing their concern over a pink tax on tariffs. Which is something I didn’t know until I read this letter, another reason the letters are important.
This is also not the first thing they’ve done on this subject. In March, they reintroduce the “Pink Tariffs Study Act”

DNC ( )
Has a new Daily Blueprint for the first day in the third week of the series. Today’s episode focused heavily on Iran. If you are confused as to why Democrats are calling DT’s actions unconstinutional even though techically bombings do not require constitutional approval, then you will get a lot out of the first part of this breakdown.
I kind of knew all the Iran info already, but even so, I still learned things from today’s Blueprint.
In a surprisingly anti-DT WaPo article, they discuss that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau dismissed 18 lawsuits against predatory business practices
And on the same topic, the top remaining enforcement official, Cara Petersen tendered her resignation on June 10. She said in her resignation letter:
I have served under every Director and Acting Director in the Bureau’s history and never before have I seen the ability to perform our core mission so under attack. It is clear that the Bureau’s current leadership has no intention to enforce the law in any meaningful way.
Bravo to her for standing up and making sure people know the truth of what’s happening at the CFPB
Dem Virginia Nominees, Abigail Spanberger for Gov, Ghazala Hashmi for Leutenant Gov and Jay Jones for Attorney General, have begun a bus tour across Virginia as the Democratic nominees for the executive branch
They are having a reproductive rights messaging training, especially for how to call Republicans tomorrow at 5 PM PT you can sign up by texting “TRAIN” to 43367
If you wanna volunteer for the Virginia election, then text “VOLUNTEER” to 43367
So I hope that seeing these every weekday is convincing you to watch them yourself! The DNC and our Dems in general are doing the work, but it’s our job to amplify it!
Rep John Garamendi (CA-08)
Is helping his constituent, his constituent Christina Rogers get her fiancé, Mostafa Rezazadeh to the US. He’s a Iranian and thanks to the travel ban, barred from entering the US. Garamendi’s office is working with the US Embassy in Ankara Turkey, to get his visa. This is putting a face to the horrific travel ban.
A member of his staff told me:
Tldr- we are helping get her fiancé k1 visa application approved and submitted her case to USCIS. Additionally, by using the media we are shining a light on the issue to fight for Christina and all families’ like Christina’s navigating the Iran conflict and Trumps travel bans.

Rep Dave Min (CA-47)
Is making sure that everyone knows that Narciso Barranco, the father of three marines who was physically abused by ICE when he was kidnapped is Young Kim’s constituent. Every time it’s a Republican district that needs to be one of the main stories.
Rep Jamie Raskin (MD-08) and Sen Dick Durbin (IL)
Hosted a bicameral peoples hearing titled “Defending the Rights of People: States and Congressional Allies Fight Back aAgainst DT‘s Constitutional Abuses“ this hearing took place today and I’ve already heard from a follower who watched the whole thing that it is a must watch.
She said:
I watched this whole thing and it was awesome. A great source of explanations, information, and reassurance that these people care about what I care about. It was well worth my time and I am glad they had it.
I was telling my husband, it really showed me two things, The Democratic AGs are smart and fighting AND, the Senators were asking good questions, questions I wanted to know the answers to.

Daily Dem Download
Has today’s Democratic Daily Download and he explains why Congress should’ve been consulted on Iran and why this all comes back to DT destroying the Iran nuclear deal.

Rep (CA-49)
Explains why DT is not doing what Obama did by bombing Iran. He goes into great detail and pretty much hits on all the points you will hear from someone who wants to spread disinformation.

And finally…
Sens Tammy Baldwin (WI), Brian Schatz (HI), John Hickenlooper (CO), Jacky Rosen (NV) and (MA)
Rented a small theater in The Kennedy Center and invited Hamilton producer, Jeffrey Seller to host a gay pride concert there tonight. This is so good on so many levels. It embarasses DT, it makes noise and it shows the importance of queer culture and culture in resistance movements
Anyone who has a problem with it doesn’t understand what goes into resistance.
