Daily Dems Doing the Work, Making Noise and Fighting Back Day 107
Today is the day, today begins the budget fight. There are three hearings happening today. The goal is to make them last as long as possible, 36+ hrs. The best way we do that is by amplifying every post we see. The only way this budget doesn’t happen is with all of us actively stopping it.

and he’s just gonna keep us aware of everything happening for as long as they are there

Did a real-life West Wing walk and talk to take all of the letters they have received about what will happen to their constituents without Medicaid to the hearing.
As a diehard West Wing fan, this might be the best video I have ever seen in my entire life.

Rep Richard Neal (MA-01)
Is the ranking member and he has today’s Democratic Daily Download. This hearing is focused on the taxes, but will also tie in with the Medicaid cuts.

Sen Chuck Schumer (NY)
Has found his backbone and we need to celebrate that! He is putting a hold on all political, DOJ appointee until the corruption surrounding the Qatari plane is answered for. This is what we want and we need to celebrate him so that it happens again.
